As the name suggests, our HIIT Box classes are a High Intensity Interval Training class. Combining HIIIT and boxing principals, this class will help you increase your cardio fitness and target all areas of your body. Bring a towel – you’re gonna get sweaty!

Power Box

Power Box.

Power Box is all about building up your strength and resilience. The class incorporates traditional boxing techniques and equipment. Think bags, gloves, weights, ropes and heavy tyres. This class will leave you feeling strong and empowered!

Pilates
MisFits Boxing and Pilates | Pilates

PILATES.

Our Pilates classes utillise traditional techniques to work muscles you never knew you had. Suitable for beginners all the way to advanced, expect a good ol’ burn in your abs, glutes and everywhere else. Injury and medical condition friendly.
